- Safety is paramount: Producing your Nitrogen on site reduces the need to disconnect and reconnect MCP’s. There is no manual handling required with Nitrogen Generators and significantly reduced risk of leaks. Should you receive your Nitrogen in Bulk Tank’s, the removed site traffic risk of delivery vehicles could benefit your operation and reduce your CO2 footprint.

- Use all what you’ve paid for: On bulk storage tanks it is estimated that up to 10% is lost to boil off and venting per month. As you can see when the Nitrogen Tank is being re-filled there is a percentage of Nitrogen which vents out of the claw coupling on the hose, this is past the meter which you’re charged upon meaning your Nitrogen is again lost to atmosphere. As we see with High Pressure Cylinders, often we see our customers handing back the MCP’s with 10% of the bottle still remaining as it’s remaining pressure is too low to use. Your profits are being returned to the gas supplier.
